The books are now completed; if you ordered one but haven't received it yet, it should be arriving soon. If it hasn't arrived by July 4th, contact me and I'll try to track it down for you.

I believe there were extras printed, however I'm not sure how many. If you'd like a copy, contact me and I'll see what I can do to get one to you. The cost is $5 to cover printing and mailing.
